The Pocono Plumber is a full-service plumbing company serving customers across the Pocono Mountains region. We handle your call, quote, scheduling, permitting, and invoicing directly; the plumbing work itself is performed by licensed, insured plumbers operating under The Pocono Plumber. When you submit a service request, we work to get an available, licensed plumber to your location as quickly as possible.
Quotes provided are good-faith estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary once a plumber has assessed the actual work required, and you will be informed before any additional work is performed. For projects estimated over $1,000, a deposit of approximately one-third of the total may be required before work begins.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, and may also accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check where noted on your quote or invoice. Only payment details printed directly on your quote or invoice, or provided through our secure payment link, should be used — if you're ever asked to pay through a method not listed on your documentation, please contact us directly before doing so.
We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred timing, though availability may vary, especially for emergency requests. If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
The Pocono Plumber LLC is a registered Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor, PA HICPA Registration #PA223619. Every plumber who performs work under The Pocono Plumber holds a valid Pennsylvania license and carries liability insurance.
